Stienen wächst weiter – bodenständig und mit klarem Blick in die Zukunft. Seit Kurzem haben wir einen neuen Servicekollegen in Panama: José Medina. Er steht bereit, um Kunden in der Region Panama zu unterstützen, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf dem Geflügelsektor. José ist der neue feste Ansprechpartner vor Ort und betreut unsere Kunden persönlich. So bauen wir unseren weltweiten Service weiter aus – mit der gewohnten Verlässlichkeit und Engagement.

Kannst du dich kurz vorstellen?
My name is José Medina and I’m originally from Panama. I’m 27 years old, and I’m passionate about electromechanical engineering and the automation field. I’m excited to contribute my skills while also learning and growing in these areas.

Wie würdest du dich in ein paar Worten beschreiben?
I would describe myself as a passionate and driven engineer with a strong interest in both mechanical and electrical systems. I enjoy problem-solving and continuously improving my technical skills. I’m also adapting to life in the Netherlands, which has been an exciting experience.

Was ist deine Rolle und dein Fachgebiet bei Stienen in Panama?
My role as a Service Engineer is to fulfill all the requirements of clients who want to improve their production to the highest level. I provide opportunities to increase reliability, efficiency, and improve processes, particularly in the field of poultry farming.

Was gefällt dir an der Arbeit in dieser Branche am meisten?
I enjoy the challenge of integrating electrical and mechanical systems to create innovative solutions. It’s satisfying to see how different components work together to solve real-world problems, and the continuous evolution of technology in this field keeps me motivated.

Warum hast du dich für Stienen entschieden?
I was drawn to Stienen because of the company’s reputation for innovation and high-quality engineering solutions. The opportunity to work with such a talented team and contribute to cutting-edge projects was very appealing to me. Additionally, I’m excited to work in a company that values both technical expertise and collaboration.

Wie sieht für dich ein perfekter freier Tag aus?
A perfect day off for me would involve spending time exploring the local culture, trying new foods, and perhaps taking a trip to nature to unwind. I also enjoy going to the gym and playing football.

Du bist für eine Woche bei Stienen in Nederweert zu Besuch. Was hat dich bisher am meisten überrascht?
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how organized and efficient everything is here in the Netherlands. The transportation system is fantastic, and I’ve really enjoyed the local food and the easy access to beautiful nature. The work culture is also very collaborative, which has been refreshing and motivating for me as I settle into my role. I’m also very happy with my service team because they gave me a warm welcome and have been very kind to me.
