Our family company started in 1977 and is rooted in livestock farming. We feel committed to this industry. This is where we developed our expertise and made our investments. In 1977, Michel and Corrie Stienen started their family business in the back garden of their then home in the town of Nederweert-Eind, the Netherlands. Here, Michel developed his smart solutions, which were quickly recognized as reliable and innovative. This laid the foundation for the family business Stienen Bedrijfselektronica. To this day, we develop almost everything in-house. This makes us unique and gives our customers the assurance of technology that works.
After Stienen had started participating at trade fairs in Europe in the late 1980s, things went so fast that the company bought a new company premises in Nederweert in 1979. The growth of activities caused an expansion of the production space in 1984. An extensive renovation followed in 1992 and this resulted in a modern business premises with all the necessary facilities.
More than ten years later, in 2003, Erwin Stienen joined his parents’ company. Two years later, we moved to a brand-new business premises at Mangaanstraat in Nederweert. This is the premises from which, ever since, our ideas, products and solutions have been finding their way to livestock farmers all over the world .
